Tecnoresin is a company specialized since 1978 in the moulding of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins for the realization of particular technical and aesthetic of small and medium dimensions.
Our R&D Dept is able to evaluate the feasibility of each product idea provided by the customer , using advanced filling simulation software of the most complex conceivable molds.
Using Moldex 3D Simulation Software we can validate decisions during prototyping to improve the process and reduce production costs
Our rapid prototyping services allow the creation of prototypes in actual size or scale, offering the opportunity to test appearance, the first functionalities and criticality of each piece or mould: all development phases are followed with the customer, to share experiences and analyses.
We support the customer in the whole process of providing the mould from design to testing , to the service. We have a 250sqm workshop equipped with CNC milling machines , grinders and spark plunge in which we design and build moulds for various productive sectors.
Our company is able to deal with high production requirements, specializes in injection moulding, in co-moulding and over- moulding and in assembling and surface finishing .
We are ISO 9001 and IATF certified.
